We bought a car yesterday. Sagar P. was our salesman. He did not try to talk me into buying anything I wasn’t 100% happy with. He helped us the week prior but they didn’t have exactly what I wanted; however, within 24 hours Sagar found the exact used car I wanted and in my price point. He even sent me a video of the inside and outside of the vehicle and pointed out any issues he noted. The buying and financing process was quick and painless.

Surpassed all of my expectations. I was really anxious to "go up against" a dealership and hated the idea of haggling over a car. I researched endlessly, even had ChatGPT walk me through scenarios. I purchased some suspension parts online. They had the best price for an OEM part and they where shipped the same day. With so many counterfeit parts floating around sometimes it best to go directly to the source.
The service department technician were polite and courteous
FINAL UPDATE: I have now received the full refund. The General Manager and Service Department Manager acknowledged the error and shared that the employee involved has been coached. While I appreciate the resolution, this experience highlighted clear communication gaps and silos between Service and Finance that should have been caught before it reached the customer. I hope process improvements are made so future customers don’t have to escalate to reach a resolution.

This review is for their parts department. I have ordered a quarter glass from their online store and they allowed shipping method for delivery. After a few days, they sent me a email that the order is cancelled as they thought windows will be damaged during shipment. So what is the point of allowing shipping method in the very beginning? Also, I have ordered a passenger side windows before and it was delivered in pristine condition. So why they can't do it this time with a glass is only half the size?

Needed a part from service. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Parking was tight and pricing wasn't ideal (dealership prices never are but hey, they had what I needed). Great service all around this beautiful facility!!
A bit disappointed. My schedule is a bit chaotic as to when I'm out of town, so it's difficult to schedule stuff like oil changes and I typically just do it myself. Today I unexpected had time to take my Miata in for an oil change - as it also is due for a simple settings update recall - so I contacted Jim Ellis Mazda about coming in. No such luck, service is by appointment only. Even on a Tuesday morning. I guess I'll be doing the oil change and the recall will wait.
We had a great experience at Jim Ellis! Derrick and Rhyan made the process easy and painless. Only giving four stars because the car we traveled an hour and a half to see had been sold earlier that week and the website had not been updated accordingly- still got a great car, but it was disappointing. Salesman Derrick Wynn sold my senior citizen father a Mazda 3, then cut his oil changes down to 2 (Beaver Mazda offers lifetime) as well as shortening his powertrain warranty, then Derrick accessed private personal information, used to it SHOW UP at my father's house (unannounced) and intimidated him into changing a negative review. To cap it off Jim Ellis refused to mail him his permanent plates as promised once the temporary expired.
